Born and raised in the vibrant streets of D’abadie, Trinidad and Tobago, Roger Flaveney embarked on his journey to success in the midst of America’s 2008 housing crisis. While many were struggling during this challenging time, Roger’s resilience and vision helped him build what is now a thriving multi-million dollar construction business. His determination and unwavering commitment to his craft turned obstacles into opportunities, establishing a legacy that has withstood the test of time.
With over 40 years of experience in site work construction, Roger has become a trusted name in the industry, having worked on high-profile projects across the Southeast. His portfolio includes major collaborations with industry leaders like the Gwinnett County Water Department, Greystar Real Estate, Sunbelt Rentals, United Rentals, and Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Roger’s expertise spans everything from grading and site prep to large-scale infrastructure development.

Rotimi Flaveney
Chief Operating Officer
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Rotimi Flaveney is a dynamic and rising leader in the Southeastern construction industry. With a natural blend of resilience, professionalism, and a strong work ethic, Rotimi has earned the respect of Flaveney Enterprises’ most trusted vendors, subcontractors, and, most importantly, clients. His positive attitude and effective communication have been key in ensuring smooth operations across all projects, helping the company maintain its high standards of service and delivery.
With two years of studying Commercial Construction Management at Gwinnett Technical College, followed by hands-on experience in high-value projects exceeding $70 million in value and over a decade of experience, he has built a unique skill set that combines technical expertise, strategic insight, and a diplomatic approach to managing complex construction endeavors. Working alongside his father, Roger Flaveney, Rotimi has developed a deep understanding of the industry while cultivating his own leadership style that is both intuitive and pragmatic.
As the COO of Flaveney Enterprises, Rotimi takes a hands-on, comprehensive approach to every project. His visionary leadership and unwavering integrity ensure that all projects, no matter the size or scope, are executed with precision and excellence. Sheila Flaveney

As a proud U.S. Army Veteran and native of Stone Mountain, Georgia, Sheila Flaveney brings a wealth of experience, discipline, and leadership to her role at Flaveney Enterprises. With a career spanning over 40 years—first as an Army Nurse, followed by a distinguished tenure at Northside Hospital, and as a dedicated mother—Sheila embodies resilience, dedication, and unwavering commitment.
Her strategic and clear-cut approach to business has played a pivotal role in the steady, sustainable growth of Flaveney Enterprises. Sheila’s wisdom, patience, and attention to detail have been integral in keeping the company on course, ensuring that every decision is made with careful consideration and a focus on long-term success. Nadeen Flaveney
Administrative Operations Coordinator
Nadeen Flaveney, with roots in Jordan and Israel, brings a unique and global perspective to Flaveney Enterprises. A dynamic and accomplished philanthropist, Nadeen is widely respected on social media for her positive impact and advocacy. Nadeen’s global outlook and experience includes international studies in Dubai, partnered a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College and pursuit of a Masters at Liberty University, has equipped her with a strong foundation in human behavior, communication, and organizational management.
Nadeen is known for her infectious smile, exceptional organizational skills, and an innate ability to connect with people. As an entrepreneur alongside her husband, she has honed her leadership and administrative expertise through her work in ministry, nonprofit management, and mission work.
